Education... usually when one thinks of that word, one thinks of schooling. Well, that can be correct. But your life is your education. Every time you learn something new, you expand your education; and every time you you are putting your skills to work, you are using your education. The term can be taken in so many ways, but here's how I'm taking it.

This section is hopefully going to teach you a few things. At some past business conferences, I held workshops on "inspiration." Find the transcripts for these seminars, and a lot more in this section.

I know what you're thinking.
A syllabus? What the hell is this?

Well, I had to have an introducation of some type didn't I?

Content:
As said up top, the point of this section was to teach. But I won't be giving you links to books, websites, or anything of that sort. Everything you find in this section comes from me, or from a person or source that I really trust and recommend. What you will find here are transcripts of workshops that I presented for conferences put on by the Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda organization, and as well as articles I wrote for publications.

You won't find this anywhere else, and I expect that to stay that way. DO NOT steal my material without giving me proper citations first, if you must use my material, please ask me. If you don't and you get caught... you don't want to know what's going to happen.

With that out of the way, I hope you enjoy and hopefully learn something from what I'm putting out here. If I can get one person to do this during the lifetime of this site, then I'll have done my job.

"Inspiration 101" - Presented at the PBL NLC: June, 2002

The second of my two introductory "lessons" was a "back-to-basics" workshop. As you can see by the title, "Inspiration 101" covered five topics: the definition of inspiration, the application of inspiration, originality, dreams and creativitiy.

At the heart of this workshop was basically getting the audience to relax and let go, that being my self-proclaimed first step. I included some exercises that got the audience's mind off their daily lives and into a place they wanted to be in.

I have included two documents for you: my script, and the Power Point presentation I used for the workshop.

"Inspirational Web Design" - Presented at the FBLA-PBL NFLC: November, 2001

The first of my two introductory "lessons" is one about tieing in inspiration into the world of web design. I presented this using a vareity of different way, even using a lightsaber from LighTech Industries to add some flare to the presentation.

At heart, this was a basic workshop about revamping a world of websites run by inexperienced and unmotivated high school and college students. What I wanted to do, was to fill them with ideas, and provide them with guidelines on how to create websites in line with some of the greats of the internet.

The documents before you are the expanded version (my notes), and the outline/worksheet provided to the attendees.
